Team & partners
PETGENOMA has a team of biologists including geneticists with more than 25 years of experience. Everyone on the team has a background in human applied genetics, medical devices and canine genetics. Our DNA experts, bioinformatics experts, CEO and founders have worked on projects internationally. Later, veterinarians, veterinary geneticists, entrepreneurs and animal lovers joined the PETGENOMA team.

PETGENOMA's vision is to revolutionise pet healthcare through the power of genetics.
As a dog owner, she understands how important it is to be aware of any health risks our furry friends may be exposed to. Jacky has a background in medical and diagnostic tools for humans and thought of making this available for her dogs. PETGENOMA began as a personal prevention measure for her own dogs. As there was a lot of interest from those around her, she transformed these options into her own business.
Data scientist & Bioinformatician
CEO and founder of CircaGene ltd, head of BioInformatics, Consultant in BioInformatics, Consultant in DNA sequencing, inventor of patents.
Over the past 20 years, I have developed dozens of innovative bioinformatics tools that allow me to build innovative molecular biology assays for a wide range of applications (IVD, food pathogen detection, GMOs, environmental protection).
My expertise lies in both genetics and bioinformatics, converting sequence data into meaningful biological knowledge. I attach great importance to public and animal health.

I love being able to help people or animals by developing good products. PetGenoma contributes enormously to animal welfare. The highest quality DNA sequencing is applied to detect health risks. This contributes to pure breeding of dogs, as well as preventive or active treatment of the animal.
With PetGenoma, we therefore aim to generate the largest and most reliable database so that it can contribute much more in the future for animal welfare and research!
